Inclusion Manager

Pupil Inclusion and Development Lead Bridgeview Special School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Pupil Inclusion and Development Lead to join our committed team. The Role

Working closely with teaching staff, PD Team and the Senior Leadership Team, you will: Work with and support staff across the setting to create and maintain an emotionally safe and nurturing learning environment. Deliver emotional wellbeing and nurture group sessions that promote resilience, self-esteem, and positive relationships. Provide and plan focused one-to-one support for individual pupils to help them overcome barriers to learning. Plan and deliver small-group interventions to support pupils' emotional wellbeing, social skills, and personal development. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, helping them develop strategies to regulate their emotions and behaviour. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need. Monitor pupils' progress and contribute to support plans and reviews. Lead on ,and Initiate, track and review personal development interventions (providing evidence to SLT when needed). Support SLT with behaviour data and plan accordingly to identified areas of need/intervention.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience of working with children or young people, particularly those with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs or challenging behaviour. Is calm, patient, and able to build positive relationships based on trust and respect. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is committed to inclusion and believes every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. Can work effectively as part of a supportive and dedicated team. Has a proactive approach to promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
