Everything that we do is geared towards improving life outcomes for young people. ‘We also believe in offering our staff 'more pay, more time and more support’. Support staff who are working directly with students and are without A-Levels, a degree or a relevant Level 3 for the role; will be required to enrol on the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship once appointed. We will support you to gain this qualification as part of our commitment to staff development and improving student outcomes.

Undertake activities with either individuals or groups of children to ensure their safety and facilitate their physical, emotional, and educational development. Work to establish a supportive relationship with the children and parents concerned. Encourage acceptance and inclusion of children with special educational needs, with a particular focus on students with Autism. Promote and help build students' self-esteem.
