About the role

This role includes covering classes; therefore applicants will need to have experience in this, as well as interventions. The post requires someone with: Experience of supporting pupils as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or very experienced Teaching Assistant within a school setting Passion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all children Ability to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos Creativity and flexibility in the way you work Excellent communication skills Highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour Commitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
