Job description

We require a Transition, Outreach & Inclusion coach with the knowledge, understanding and skills to ensure that all students successfully progress through River Tees Primary and make a successful transition to their next stage of education. The Transition and Inclusion Coach will work collaboratively with our local schools to provide transition and outreach support for primary pupils. The Transition, Outreach & Inclusion coach will support all staff to achieve high standards of teaching and learning and place the pupils of River Tees Primary at the heart of the community it serves. The successful candidate will model the highest professional standards to staff and students in all aspects of the role, maintaining a visible presence and leading by example.
