Learning Support Assistant & Midday Supervisor at West Ashtead Primary Academy Are you passionate about helping children thrive? West Ashtead Primary Academy is on the lookout for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with Midday Supervisor responsibilities to join our vibrant team! Weekly Hours: 25 hours per week Learning Support Assistant and 5 hours per week Midday Supervisor Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, Term Time Only. Working pattern to be confirmed but likely to be 08:45 - 15:15 with 30 minute unpaid break Start Date: 02 November 2026 Contract: Initially fixed term until 31 August 2027 In this brilliant role, you will be supporting pupils' educational journeys and helping them unlock their full potential in maths, literacy, and beyond.
A proven ability to support children in their learning and development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
