About the role

THE MANDEVILLE SCHOOL Part of the Insignis Academy Trust We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, vibrant school community as a Raising Achievement Officer 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year Start Date: ASAP Bucks Pay Range 3 Actual annual salary £24,623 to £26,412 (Equivalent to £ 29,114 to £31,230 for full time) Are you a highly motivated person who is passionate about helping young people thrive? The position We’re looking to appoint a Raising Achievement Officer who would, among their duties, be responsible for supporting students in their learning, liaising with staff and external agencies according to students’ needs as necessary, and help with the running of school events. You will be hardworking and have excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to support students across all key stages. As we work tirelessly to improve you will actively get involved with our ongoing efforts to become an outstanding school. There is a strong support network in place where you can develop your skills quickly with plenty of opportunities to further your career. The school With around 1,000 students on roll and an over-subscribed Year 7 intake, we’re a popular school in the heart of Buckinghamshire. We’re fortunate to be based in a diverse, supportive and ever-changing community in Aylesbury and our students are respectful, hardworking and eager to succeed, borne out by our high attendance figures.
