Learning Support Assistant

Thank you for showing interest in our advert. We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who has the desire to promote a love of learning and the belief that every child will succeed. You will mainly be working 1:1 with a child and you will be part of an amazing team, who are determined to enable every child to succeed and put the children at the heart of everything they do. Every member of our team shares a commitment to building the aspiration, growth mindset and moral character of our pupils. We innovate and adapt to meet the changing needs of the curriculum, community and most importantly - our pupils. As a result, our children do very well, they have very positive attitudes to learning, high standards of behaviour and excellent attainment across the curriculum.
