About the role
We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Class Learning Support Assistant, who is able to provide classroom support for children in Key Stage 1 or 2 as needed. This is a permanent contract and is suitable for those individuals who enjoy working in schools or aaspiring to have a teaching career. As well as general support in the classroom and playground, the position will involve working with groups of children and on a one to one basis with a pupil(s), to ensure they achieve their full potential and are able to fully access the curriculum. What kind of individual are we looking for? An enthusiastic LSA who is passionate about ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
An individual who has compassion, empathy and inclusion at the heart of their practice.
A committed individual who is dedicated to providing an inclusive, engaging, and positive learning environment. A LSA who is both self-motivated and able to work in partnership with their class teacher.
An individual who knows our school or has taken the time to find out something about us.
A knowledge of various SEN needs would be desirable.
