Job description

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant Permanent Contract – 30 hours per week 8:15am – 3:15pm | Term Time Only + 5 TED Days Required September 2026 Scale Point 5–6: £26,427- £26,847 per annum pro rata (£18,512.55 to £18,806.76 actual salary) Closing date: 8.00am Monday 21st September 2026 Applications considered on submission We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work five days a week, who will become an integral part of our team, supporting students and contributing to the wider life of the school. This position would suit: A Learning Support Assistant with previous experience Someone passionate about working with and inspiring young people A graduate considering a future career in education. We have an excellent track record of supporting colleagues with the next stage of their career. For those interested in a future career in teaching, this is a perfect gateway and support will be given beyond the role of an LSA to aid you to continue your professional journey. You will be joining a friendly and passionate team, committed to achieving the very best outcomes for our young people.
