Job description

As part of your role, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across our primary phase, developing your confidence in leading whole-class learning, managing behaviour, and inspiring young learners. With opportunities to work with pupils across primary, this role offers a unique insight into teaching across different age groups and stages of development making every day varied and rewarding. Join our dedicated team of Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants and help every child thrive. Working alongside teachers, you will support pupils with SEND to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Using EHCPs and person-centred approaches, you will help deliver tailored support for pupils with a range of learning, communication, behavioural, sensory, physical and emotional needs. This is an ideal role for an aspiring teacher who is passionate about education, committed to inclusion, and keen to gain high-quality school-based experience before embarking on teacher training.
