We also welcome applications from college leavers who hold a Level 2/3 qualification in Education, Early Years, Childcare, Health and Social Care, or related subjects. The Role This is a varied and rewarding learning support assistant position working across both our mainstream provision and our specialist Hearing and Language Resource Base and Autism Resource Base. You will: Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs. Deliver targeted interventions and small group support. Support teaching and learning within our specialist resource hub. Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN professionals and support staff. Help pupils develop communication, social and emotional skills.
