About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual to provide 1:1 SEND support and small‑group interventions across all year groups at Bournville Primary School.

Key responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Work with small groups to boost learning and confidence Support children across different year groups Assist pupils with personal care, when required Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families
