About the role

Level 3 - Learning Support Assistant Pool Hayes Primary School - Bridgnorth Grove, Willenhall, WV12 4RX 35 Hours | Term Time Only | Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Pro Rata Salary: £21,624.95 (FTE £26,578) The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Learning Support assistant with the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) or equivalent to join Pool Hayes Primary School . We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced foundation & EYFS teaching assistant, who is able to start this role as soon as possible. The Academy is eager to grow and is always interested in innovative practitioners, who will brighten up the children's day and make them feel part of the class and adhere to their needs. About you: The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with children in the early years setting. You must also be passionate and willing to support pupils no matter what they need to ensure there are no barriers to learning. Key personal qualities and skills will include: Level 3 TA with experience and initiative to work effectively with pupils 1:1, in groups and with a whole class; Experience (minimum 6+ months) within the early years setting with children aged 2- 4yrs; The ability to inspire children; Support teaching staff in the development and education of children across a varied range of key stages; Implement learning programmes to improve outcomes for identified children; Is a reflective and flexible practitioner; Please refer to the job description for a full list of responsibilities and a person specification.
