About the role

We are looking for a skilful and caring Achievement Assistant to join our team of hard working, committed staff The ideal candidate will be: Confident creating and maintaining positive relationships with pupils and colleagues Confident to work within both mainstream school and the Mainstream Autism Base Experienced in working with children with a neurodivergent profile, including Autism Experience in delivering research-based interventions. Able to deliver engaging sessions to groups of children in a variety of subjects Supportive of our school ethos and the wider aims of the Central Region Schools Trust Able to work well as part of a team We can offer: A vibrant learning community centred around social justice and high expectations A team committed to ‘going the extra mile’ for our children A commitment to professional development Induction support on joining the school community and taking up the role Protected time weekly to plan and prepare lessons This important role will involve working 1:1 and with small groups in both the Mainstream Autism Base and the mainstream school. This is an interesting and rewarding post for the right candidate. Applicants may be experienced working within school and looking for further opportunity.
