This is a particularly exciting time to join James Brindley, the founding school of the newly established Think Differently Education Trust. This marks the beginning of a bold new chapter for our community, opening up fresh opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and professional growth across Birmingham. By joining us now, you’ll be part of shaping a progressive trust from the ground up — helping to drive meaningful change for our young people while developing your own career in a supportive and ambitious environment. We are looking for a Midday Supervisor who will assist with organising dinner queues and entrance of Young People into dining hall and from dining hall to the playground, ensuring good behaviour and calm atmosphere. The purpose of the role is to effectively supervise Young People in the dining hall and in the outside areas during lunchtime, ensuring their wellbeing and health and safety. You should have experience of working with young people of secondary age within a school environment. You should have emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviors.
