About the role

We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with children and can help to create a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience for our pupils. The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a calm, patient and fair approach when supporting children. They should be confident in encouraging positive behaviour, promoting good manners and helping children to develop independence and positive relationships with others. Previous experience of working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting would be beneficial, although it is not essential, as appropriate training will be provided. A commitment to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and maintaining high standards of health and safety is essential.
