Lunchtime Supervisor Bloxwich Academy Primary, Bloxwich Lane, Bloxwich, WS2 7JT 7.5 Hours | Term Time Only (38 weeks) | Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Pro Rata Salary: £4,343.86 (FTE £25,570) Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with children? We are looking for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help create a positive, welcoming and safe environment for our pupils throughout the lunch break. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play an important part in school life, helping children make the most of their lunchtime. Whether you’re encouraging a child to try a healthy meal, organising an exciting playground game, helping children resolve a disagreement or offering reassurance to someone who needs it, you will help ensure every child feels safe, included and supported. You will be a positive role model, building warm and respectful relationships with pupils while encouraging them to make good choices, develop their social skills and enjoy spending time with their friends.
Has previous experience of working with or caring for young children; Understands how to manage children’s behaviour effectively; Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues and pupils; Has a friendly, approachable and caring manner.
