About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the staff of our popular school as a Midday Supervisor. Our Midday Team is friendly and hardworking. You will be helping the children in the hall while they are eating; supporting the youngest children in developing knife and fork skills and encouraging older children in social skills. Then you will be on the playground supporting games and activities. We are developing our outdoor play and learning to ensure our children experience rich, creative play opportunities to support their development and well-being. We are looking for staff members who will engage with the opportunities that approach will provide. In addition you will support our restorative approach to behaviour and proactively pre-empt and avert any falling out and behaviour issues. 8.75 hours per week Monday -Friday, term time only. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a self-declaration related to their criminal record or any information that would make them unsuitable to work with children. Additional checks in relation to the Childcare Disqualification Regulations will be undertaken for successful candidates. If you have lived or worked outside of the UK, additional information may be required from you to satisfy safer recruitment checks.
