About the role

We are seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Leaders to join our dedicated team at Halcyon Way School. Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils during lunch with sensitivity and care Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction Supervising indoor and outdoor play activities Assisting with personal care Being a friendly and consistent presence for our pupils We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has a calm, patient and caring approach Enjoys working with children and young people with special educational needs Can work well as part of a team Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable, but not essential - training will be provided We Offer: A welcoming and supportive team Full training and induction package The opportunity to make a real difference every day
