About the role
Are you a positive,
energetic, compassionate adult who can enhance the lunchtime play of our
children?
We are looking
for the right person to join our great team as a Midday Supervisor, supporting
our children in their play and helping them all to have a safe and enjoyable lunchtime.
The successful candidate will:
Be enthusiastic and enjoy working and playing with children
Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
Be consistent in promoting our good behaviour and the Christian ethos
and values of our school
Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times
Show initiative and good communication skills.
An understanding of
restorative approaches and previous experience in a primary school would be an
advantage but is not essential.
