Nursery Staff required - Little Learners at Greenhall, part of The Creative Learning Partnership Trust ‘Nurturing the Champion within’ We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual with a full and relevant early years qualification to join our welcoming team. We want someone who - Is willing to go the extra mile for our children and families - Will crawl around the floor, being a tiger or run around outside being a crocodile - Cares about details - you know whose coat is whose and are willing to spend time looking for a missing welly boot! - Is loving and gives the best hugs! - Can remain calm, patient and playful when a child is struggling with big feelings - you will sit on the floor with them, roar like a lion or coach them through - Loves stories and is happy to read the same book many times a day without loosing the magic and voices that it was first read with! - Sings with gusto and reads a story or joins in play like they are a Bafta winner - Loves coming to nursery each day to spend time with our precious little ones - Has a warm, infectious smile that lights up their face - this smile is there to greet our children, families and fellow staff to show them how loved, special and valued they are! - Dresses appropriately for the weather so that the great outdoors is never out of bounds! - Makes the best cakes in the mud kitchen and fantastic potions in the creation station (with the children, of course!) - Invests time in getting to know who loves to dress up as a princess, who is the next Picasso or King of the Jungle! Working with our very precious children is a privilege. It is the best job in the world! You will be talked about, remembered and loved for many years to come by our children and families. Training, support and coaching will be offered to the successful candidate to ensure they are successful in their duties. You will also be joining a thriving Trust that has children at its heart. There will be professional development opportunities within the Trust and within Greenhall & Little Learners. Greenhall is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB), references and medical clearance. It is an offence to apply for this role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. Full-time or part-time, permanent. Grade 2 Working hours are between 7:30-18:00 Monday-Friday, whole year Closing date: 11am on Monday 7th September
