The Role Starting as soon as possible, you will have the opportunity to work within a classroom of children working alongside other nursery assistants and a room leader too. The Manager is looking for someone who has prior experience working as a Nursery Assistant or working alongside children of a young age. Someone who has a very caring, nurturing and passionate nature, someone who can build strong relationships with children and their families. You will be expected to: • Have previous experience of working with children. • Be comfortable in your abilities to adapt activities and encourage engagement. • Work collaboratively with other staff members. • Feel part of the community and help and advise others.
