Job description

Would you like to join the staff team of an expanding Alternative Provision Multi-Academy Trust? Daylesford Academy, part of the Solihull Alternative Provision Multi Academy Trust (SAPMAT) is an alternative provision where we provide innovative solutions for a number of students for whom mainstream education is simply not working (for a range of reasons). In our short lifetime thus far we have grown considerably and continue to expand as our provision evolves. As Academy Operations Manager, you will: Lead the Academy's operational, administrative and data functions. Ensure the school operate efficiently, effectively and in full compliance with statutory and Trust requirements. Contribute to whole-school improvement through the leadership of administration, data management, attendance systems, examinations, safeguarding administration, SEND administration, information governance and operational support services. Oversee the school office, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to pupils, staff, parents and external stakeholders. Provide leadership for management information systems, GDPR compliance, workforce administration, operational communications and regulatory compliance, while contributing to the wider leadership of the academy. The successful candidate will have: Significant experience in school operations, ideally within a secondary school environment. A proven track record of managing diverse teams and operational services. Strong knowledge of customer service, health and safety, GDPR and workforce administration. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively across a Multi-Academy Trust.
