Job description

As Operations Manager, you will work directly with the Headteacher to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the school. The role will combine operational management with high-level support to the Headteacher, providing oversight and coordination across a number of important areas of school business. You will need to be able to see the bigger picture while also having an excellent eye for detail. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, managing competing priorities and handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
