Job description

Pastoral Support Manager (Maternity Cover) Salary: WeST Grade D, scp 8-14 (£26,824-£29,540 FTE per annum), actual salary £20,180 per annum Hours: 32.5 hours per week x 39 weeks per year Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 3.30pm Start Date: As soon as possible Our team of pastoral support managers will support the Heads of Year and wider pastoral team by working in a responsive and proactive manner to provide high quality student care that supports learning, promotes student wellbeing and maximises student outcomes for the individual. Pastoral Support Managers will be deployed to support a specific year group but will also work across the cohorts enabling timely and appropriate responses supporting students on a priority basis.
