Pastoral Support Officer - Secondary School Location: Milton Keynes Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: Competitive (based on experience) Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome the challenges that can affect their education and wellbeing? A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pastoral Support Officer to join its dedicated pastoral team on a permanent basis from September 2026 . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people by providing guidance, encouragement, and practical support both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, improving attendance, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
