About the role

A wonderful and supportive secondary school in Swindon is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join its pastoral team with an ASAP start. The school places a strong emphasis on student wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement, and this role will play an important part in supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. About the Role The successful candidate will work closely with the pastoral team, senior leaders, and teaching staff to provide targeted support for students across the school.
