Pastoral Support Officer

A large secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Support Officer to join its student support team from January 2026 . The Role You will work directly with students, families and staff to support wellbeing, behaviour and attendance across the school. Key tasks include: • supporting behaviour interventions and restorative conversations • liaising with Heads of Year on student support plans • working with families to resolve concerns • supporting safeguarding referrals and documentation • monitoring vulnerable students and maintaining records The School The school has a strong pastoral reputation and a caring, stable staff team.
