Role Responsibilities • Offering emotional & behavioural support to pupils • Liaising with year leaders, parents and external agencies • Monitoring attendance, behaviour logs and safeguarding records • Supporting mentoring programmes and interventions • Encouraging positive relationships and student wellbeing Requirements • Experience in pastoral or wellbeing support (school preferred) • Understanding of safeguarding practices • Confident communicator with strong empathy • Ability to build trust with young people To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
