Requirements
• Right to work: applicants must be able to demonstrate their current right to work in the UK.
• Qualification: a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Enhanced DBS check: An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one before employment.
• Experience level: previous Room Leader, Senior Practitioner or supervisory experience within a nursery or early years setting.
• Specialism: practical experience caring for babies, supported by strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Capability: confidence leading, supporting and developing a team while maintaining accurate records and consistently high standards.
• Soft skill: excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Independence: able to take ownership of daily room operations while working collaboratively with nursery leadership.
• Also suitable for: Nursery Room Leader, Early Years Room Leader, Baby Room Manager, Senior Nursery Practitioner, Senior Early Years Educator and Senior Room Leader.
