Term-Time only + 2 Training Days. Part Time 19 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday 8:30 - 15:30. Wednesday 8:30 - 15:00. Are you organised, professional and committed to delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our supportive team and provide high-quality reception and administrative support within our busy primary school environment. As the first point of contact for the school, you will play an important role in supporting pupils, families, colleagues and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits, contacts or works with our school. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our school community. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school by managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, assisting with attendance administration, supporting school communications and providing a professional front-of-house service. Working closely with colleagues across the school, you will help ensure that pupils, families and visitors receive a responsive and efficient service. We are looking for an organised and approachable individual who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
