About the role

Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), Piper’s Vale Primary Academy Permanent contract Leadership Pay Scales L1 - L4 £51,773 - £55,747 (qualified) A recruitment and retention allowance of up to 10% will be considered Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) into the team at Piper’s Vale Primary Academy as soon as possible. The Position As described in the attached job description and person specification, you will be responsible for the management of all additional support given to pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities within the Academy. This will be a demanding, varied and highly challenging role that will provide an excellent career opportunity for an exceptional individual. The successful applicant will report directly to the Principal. What you will offer The successful applicant will have previous experience working as a SENCO. This will be a challenging role so you will need the drive and ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and a passion for SEN, and understand issues affecting pupils with additional needs and how to support them.
