About the role

Fulham Primary School is now firmly established as a vibrant, high‑achieving and highly regarded community, with a growing reputation for excellence. Following a recent Ofsted inspection in which the school was judged Outstanding in all areas, the school is entering an exciting new phase in its development. We are looking for a SENCo who will help us continue driving this ambitious vision forward. As part of a cluster of five United Learning schools, Fulham Primary School benefits from a highly effective leadership network. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of School and alongside other experienced Inclusion Leads in the cluster. This provides exceptional opportunities for collaboration, shared practice, professional support and leadership development. We are looking for an exemplary practitioner with a remit to ensure that children with SEND are taught effectively throughout the school, an excellent communicator, and a team leader who can raise the standards of attainment and achievement across the school.

NASENCO qualification is desirable. Candidates who do not yet hold this qualification will be supported to undertake and achieve it following appointment.

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis, and suitable candidates may be shortlisted and interviewed before the closing date. We therefore encourage you to apply as early as possible. Interviews are expected to be held on 21 October 2026.
