About the role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants/Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team.

The successful applicants will:

Have experience supporting children with high communication support needs and autistic children within a SEND setting.

Possess a strong background in providing comprehensive personal care, medical support, and managing diverse physical and health needs.

Hold relevant qualifications or experience in First Aid and the safe administration of medication (or a willingness to complete required specialist training).

Be dedicated to ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all pupils, working closely with staff, multidisciplinary medical teams, and families to deliver consistent, compassionate care.

Demonstrate the initiative, leadership, and confidence required to cover classes and lead learning sessions (for HLTA applicants).
