Job description

The Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Senior Science Technician to provide efficient and reliable support to the teachers in the Science Faculty delivering all aspects of the curriculum. We are looking for a flexible and well organised individual. The successful candidate will need excellent planning and time management skills to efficiently carry out the duties listed in the job description. The responsibilities include: • The operation and maintenance of the preparation rooms. • Timely and effective preparation and delivery of substances, equipment and resources. • The controlling of stock and placing orders to ensure all teaching and learning needs are met. • To provide support during lessons with practical demonstrations when needed. Experience of working in a laboratory setting is essential. Bridge Academy Trust may close this advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.
