About the role

The Vale Academy are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join our academy as soon as possible on a permanent, full-time basis. Do you want to work for a Trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the role for you. Your new role As a Site Supervisor, you will provide general maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the Academy, ensuring all checks are appropriately logged on the Trust’s electronic reporting system. Your new school The Vale is a successful and high achieving 11 to 18 academy which has an excellent reputation and an established trend of high student outcomes, which are consistently above those achieved nationally. Indeed, 2025 outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority with attainment at 4+ and 5+ in both English and Maths at 77% and 65% respectively and an attainment score of 51.6. The academy is situated in Brigg, North Lincolnshire and serves a largely rural community. Brigg itself is a historic market town on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Many of our students travel a considerable distance to school. We provide state of the art facilities and an outstanding learning environment for both students and staff.
