Speech & Language Therapist

We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary therapy team. You will be based at OQA satellite provision at Fulham Cross Academy, Kingwood Road, SW6. You will work under the guidance of our Principal SaLT and the wider SaLT Team to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based, autism-specific interventions for our pupils. You will collaborate closely with teaching staff, families, and professionals to create personalised learning and communication plans that support every child’s educational journey, and you will have regular peer and clinical supervision onsite. The successful candidate will have: A recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification. HCPC registration and commitment to CPD (in line with RCSLT guidance). Experience working with autistic children and young people, ideally within a school setting. Strong knowledge of autism-specific communication strategies and interventions. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. A passion for inclusive education and a child-centred approach. The partnership between the two schools allows Q4 students to access mainstream lessons, resources and subject specialist teachers on a regular basis.
