About the role

As a Trust founded by the RSA, we have a very strong commitment to maintaining and developing the Creative and Performing Arts for all students. We require a well-qualified and enthusiastic professional to lead our dedicated and passionate Performing Arts team for a 1 year fixed maternity cover. We are a school in the Central Regions School Trust, whose mission is social justice through exceptional schools. Therefore, this provides us with the opportunities, capabilities and desire to develop both our staff and students. We have a range of pathways and programmes tailored to the needs of staff at various levels of their career. These include Middle Leadership Programmes as well as a Senior Leader Development Programmes. This is an incredible opportunity to put your career on the path you want it to take and work alongside a team of highly effective practitioners and who have lots of experience of coaching and mentoring. This is an extremely exciting time to join a highly motivated and successful team. As a school we achieved ‘Outstanding’ in all categories in 2014, 2018 and have maintained this standard in our most recent inspection in 2024. As part of the Central Region Schools Trust, we work closely with a number of other local schools providing seamless education for all students aged 3-19. The collaborative nature of the Central Region School’s Trust will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to lead cohesive and consistent learning experiences for all students.
