As a Trust founded by the RSA, we have a very strong commitment to maintaining and developing the Creative and Performing Arts for all students. We require a well-qualified and enthusiastic professional to lead our dedicated and passionate Performing Arts team for a 1 year fixed maternity cover. We are a school in the Central Regions School Trust, whose mission is social justice through exceptional schools. Therefore, this provides us with the opportunities, capabilities and desire to develop both our staff and students. We have a range of pathways and programmes tailored to the needs of staff at various levels of their career. These include Middle Leadership Programmes as well as a Senior Leader Development Programmes. As part of the Central Region Schools Trust, we work closely with a number of other local schools providing seamless education for all students aged 3-19.
