The Learning Bridge Support Manager plays a vital role in supporting students to overcome barriers to attendance, engagement and learning, helping them successfully transition back into mainstream education. The successful candidate will champion high expectations for all students, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and positive behaviour while supporting students through periods of transition. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference to young people's lives within a school committed to excellence, outstanding pastoral care and ensuring every student can thrive academically, socially and personally.
