ESSENTIAL

Degree or equivalent Qualified teacher status Excellent classroom management skills Ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning within Mathematics Ability to teach Mathematics to A level Excellent personal organisational skills Fluent communicator Ability to use ICT for teaching and learning and in the tracking and monitoring of student learning Understanding of the issues surrounding the safeguarding of children and a commitment to child welfare and safety

DESIRABLE

Experience of intervention processes to raise

achievement Knowledge of recent curriculum development
