As a Teacher of Maths (Maternity Cover) you will: Be responsible for teaching classes in the Academy using their skill, experience and best endeavours and in accordance with Teachers’ Standards. Have the ability to inspire and enthuse staff and students about their subject; Contribute to the wider life of the Academy, for example by supporting the extra-curricular activities within the Department. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced DBS check with barred list. You will be asked to make a criminal conviction declaration if you are shortlisted for the post.
