About the role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work with teachers to support teaching and learning as a whole and by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff and, for short periods of time, to be responsible for the whole class in the absence of the teacher. To deliver high-quality support to children and young people, accelerating the progress of groups of children and young people and developing high quality resources. We place great emphasis upon the development of a broad range of learning skills so that during their time with us our children are able to acquire a love of learning that will last them for a lifetime.
