Are you ready to make a meaningful difference to children's learning? Ashwood Spencer Academy are looking to appoint enthusiastic, committed and dedicated Teaching Assistants. These positions will be based in Early Years and Year 2. The successful candidates must be: Patient, positive and have empathy for all pupils. Motivational and inspirational, fostering a love of learning in all pupils. Strong behaviour management skills. Able to understand how different pupils learn and the barriers some face to their learning. Able to support in the delivery of creative and innovative approached to learning, driving differentiated planning and confident in resourcing to impact on all pupils' learning. Ashwood Spencer Academy joined Spencer Academies Trust in November 2018 and has gone from strength to strength each academic year. We have approximately 670 pupils on roll from nursery to year 6 and we are proud of our changing, diverse school community. Ashwood Spencer is at the heart of the community and is committed to improving educational outcomes for all our pupils.
