Job description

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Are you ready to take on a role where your work truly matters? We are recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching, learning, and behaviour across our fast‑paced inner‑city school. Your Impact Deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions Support pupils with complex needs Help maintain high expectations and positive behaviour Contribute to planning, assessment, and resource preparation Champion inclusion and celebrate the diversity of our school community Skills & Experience Level 3 TA qualification Strong behaviour‑management strategies Ability to work independently and use initiative Experience in inner‑city or high‑need settings is an advantage Early application is strongly encouraged as we reserve the right to interview and close the advert ahead of the closing date.
