Hours: 30 hours per week / 8:30-3:30pm / Monday-Friday

Contract: Term Time Only

About the Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning, development and wellbeing, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child can flourish. Key Responsibilities Support pupils in the classroom to access learning and achieve their individual targets. Work with small groups and individual pupils to deliver targeted interventions and learning activities. Assist teachers with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom activities. Support pupils with varying educational, social and emotional needs. Foster positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment. Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation in school life. Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff. Contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. What We're Looking For Experience of working with primary-aged children, ideally within an educational setting. A passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, nurturing and flexible approach. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to contribute to school life. A commitment to inclusion, equality and safeguarding. GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). Why Join Us?
