About the role

Teaching Assistant Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30am-3.15pm (including 30 minutes daily unpaid break) Total Weekly Hours: 31.25 Working Weeks: 38 weeks (Term Time) FTE Salary: Bucks Pay Range 1b Points 6-10; £24,836 - £25,823 Actual Salary: £17,386 - £18,077 (Depending on experience) The School At Burford, our school vision 'to be a happy school with a love of learning at its heart, where all children and staff are nurtured within a safe environment, to reach their potential' is reinforced through our school values. The Role The successful will work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with the class, small groups or individuals under the direction of teaching staff and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan. To support the class teacher in delivering the learning intension.
