Teaching Assistant Hours: 17.5 hours per week, 5 mornings per week. Grade: D3 to D4 Salary: £25,614. to £26,016 (Actual £10,163.80 - £10,323.32 ) 38 weeks per year Starting asap
Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their contribution to our whole school community; Has the ability to work confidently, effectively, flexibly and independently Previous experience of working with and supporting children of relevant age in a school environment. Good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team. Good Literacy and Numeracy skills. Ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents. Personal commitment to on-going professional development. Shows initiative and creativity in different situations; Is passionate about children’s safety and well-being; Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
