Post Title Key L3 Apprentice Teaching Assistant Reporting to Headteacher/Deputy Headteacher Salary : Apprenticeship Year 1 (12 months) based on current Government Apprenticeship Salary - £8 per hour, final 6 months are paid at £10.85 if aged between 19-20 or £12.71 if aged 21 or over Start Date: Ideally October 2026 Hours : 08:35-15:15 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch (30.83 hours per week) Contract Type: Term time only, fixed term 18 months contract starting ASAP Location: Harpole Primary School Purpose of the Role: To support the learning and development of pupils across Years R to 6, working alongside class teachers to deliver high-quality education. The post holder will provide support within classrooms and lead or assist with small group and individual intervention sessions to help pupils reach their full potential.
