Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning across the classroom. Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning activities. Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Promote positive behaviour and inclusion for all children. Assist with monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff. Help create and maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming learning environment. Support pupils with additional needs to access learning and achieve success. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and its community.

We Are Looking For Someone Who :

Holds a Level 2 qualification in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). Has experience of working with children in an educational or similar setting. Is passionate about supporting children to learn and succeed. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Works effectively as part of a team.
