At Rushden Primary Academy, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join our committed and ambitious team. During October half term, we will be unveiling a brand-new EYFS outdoor learning environment, creating exceptional opportunities for children to explore, discover and learn through purposeful play. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and embed this exciting provision as part of our commitment to delivering outstanding Early Years education. Working alongside our experienced and passionate EYFS Lead, this role would be ideal for an Early Career Teacher or someone in the early stages of their teaching career who is eager to learn, develop and refine their practice. We are committed to investing in our staff and provide strong coaching, mentoring and professional development to help teachers grow into outstanding practitioners. We believe that learning is lifelong, not just for children, but for adults too. We are looking for a reflective practitioner who embraces professional growth, values collaboration and is committed to continually developing their practice.
